Golden Tears

Golden Tears

Take these golden tears, where the earth has fallen, it will heal with your forgiven hands of angry war

As I think of yesterday, a small part of me, falls to pieces, as I dream that you and I would be forever

Longing for the moments, taking each day with all its pleasures, feeling the love of lost treasures

Golden, elegant, tears, that fall for eternity, while I think of yesterday, now I am lost in today

Where I see your photo, in my hand, I feel your lips upon mine, in my every hour, I shall never know

Another, like you, and you shall never touch the tears, that fall continual, when each hour passes by

I will walk this earth, until there is no where to walk, I shall breathe each breath, until there is no air to sigh

Take these golden tears, and let them fill the book of pages, in the tales of many lovers, none like ours, until death we both  shall rise

Where the time will never end, and the days will be forever, and we will take each minute, to find our lost love, in each metalic drop of forever
