Graffiti

I wanted to discover things, but I wanted to discover them with you
Even graffiti on the walls was beautiful; because I saw it with you
But don't you know that you became a poison?
You're detrimental
Didn't you see how happy they were?
A glow of happiness that I haven't even experienced in a blur
Why would you tell me that you'll love me always?
You were right, your mind is sick, and it is twisted; if you thought for even a moment that I'd come running back

Paris this is incredibly interesting to read throughout, poem starts off with romantic tone... shifts on the third stanza; tone becomes angry, narrative confrontational, leaves the reader with many variables to assemble, and gash darn it, I just happen to enjoy the abstract stream quality of it...unique approach to be sure, still all's well in love and poetry, this is a very juicy read that I enjoyed.....cheers
