Poem -

He is my fear

take deep breaths they all say but they don't understand,
the panic, fear inside my heart when I see that man

the man who stole my innocence,

who tore me price by piece,

the man from all my nightmares,

the man who took my peace

in and out

try to breathe,

I cry and try to speak,

I tremble and I stutter,

but I shall not be beat,

for yes I know I fear him,

lord knows he did me wrong,

but still I give forgiveness,

tho deserved by him it's not,

yes I do forgive him,

for his evil selfish sins,

for the torture that he put me through,

for the nights he haunts again,

but the forgiveness is a blessing ,

for me and not for him,

it's the only way to set me free

from the fear that stems from him
