How broken.

Stone cold broke the childhood.
Thrown down the basement stairs and left to sob in the dark alone.
Broke left thumb keep going.
Stone cold emotionless head on parent who broke her own heart and your sense of stability with it.
Broken by the names they insinuate.
The broken can mend if they keep going.
Break parts within the brain that trotter off, that two hard basket stuff.
Broken people are not so easy to spot, or stop, they tend to keep going hardened up or get way too close to the edge.
Mending is a lengthy process and not all can be bothered, some feel they have been backed into a corner.
Broke by others the best parts of themselves.
How broken is two broken is it that mirror with its seven years bad luck, is it the back that you broke. Is it hearts, or heads that you upset.
Your own or otherwise.
To all my broken brothers and sisters, who make it to old age, you kept going, your brave.
Mend what only you can see within yourself that needs to alter.
Others pain they passed onto you, rubbed that dirt on you and left you sobbing in the dark alone, stained your immortal soul.
It's not that way, the tests of life break us all, for the body breaks down, nothing mortal is kept.
How broken are you, please be.. not enough to give up.

I really like the reflective tone throughout this piece Liliana, with the theme of hardship and being broken, I love how you finished with, never give up. Powerful words here... respect all the way. Your friend and fish fan. Max
