Hush
She looks out the window
To see if he’s coming home
She is newly wed
But he leaves her alone
then he mistreats her
And puts her down
Then he goes out all night
With other girls all over town
And then she cries
How long can she pretend
A voice tells her "hush
The longest rope has an end
She has four sisters
They cried on her wedding day
They all were so close
But now they are so far away
And when he comes home
He likes to be in control
Hits her on her face
Because his food gets cold
And when she cries
her heart fill with pain
A voice tells her "hush
You will smile again
She makes up her mind now
she will not take no more
And when he sleeping
She sneaks out the door
she ran all nightÂ
through the pouring rain
leaving behind a bridge
never to cross again
She fell in her mother’s arms
Their tears fall on the floor
Her father would have kill him
But he’s not living no more
And as they cry
She feels a new beginning
And a voice tells her "hush

Hi Kaz, with your poem, you draw a great truth, violence against women is a universal scourge that causes pain and that murderous women, last year violence against women in Spain caused nearly a hundred victims and so far new year the number of women killed in Spain by their former partners approaches the score with what number of women killed in Spain will be closed the 2016? If we stick to the statistics of the last decade the figure will be close to one hundred.
