HYDRATION STATION

All this exercise has given me a terrible thirst 
I need a drink now or I think I will burst 
So it's off to a visit to the hydration station 
Every drink is available much to my elation 

Shall I go for something fizzy or maybe something still 
I hope they do seconds should I need a refill 
That apple and pear juice looks tempting I must say 
That hydration station has certainly saved the day

My decision is over and decided on a Sprite 
That's when I noticed that something wasn't right 
My hands were really sweaty from all the exercise 
Buying a drink with a screw cap was certainly not wise
