A girl runs out yelling” ice cream”
 For the colorful truck to wait
As she leaves the window
And runs out to the front gate

The music that plays from the truck
All the kids knows it so well
And he has all the kids favorite flavors
the flavors he knows will always sell

 vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan
Strawberry, cookies and mash mellow
Cherry, coffee and rocky road
Fudge ripple, coconut and pine apple

Every one loves ice cream
It don’t matter who they are
If they are cutting sugar cane 
Or are a famous superstar

and I bet there is ice cream
 In everyone fridge at homes
And I’m sure in the cupboard
 Has a box of ice cream cones

 some also depends on ice cream
when sad and going through a break up
they surround their self with tubs 
and just eat and don't want to stop

there's so many yummy different flavors
That you could chose from
But it don’t matter what flavor to me
Just as long as you give me some

The origin of ice cream
Goes back to china 4th century
When they discover that crush fruits
And ice was really quite tasty

they then added buffalo milk
And rice boil in a mixture very slow
Then they keep it frozen 
By packing it under the snow

 The explorer Marco polo taste it in china
So he asked for the recipe
Then when he comes back home
he started to make ice cream  in Italy

But I'm not really good at history
So I don’t know the year it origin for sure
But when my ice cream bowl gets empty
You bet i will be asking for more

In Trinidad we have bee’s ice cream
 The best in the whole world
and when we go by my cousin Julie,s house
We will say "bring ice cream for us girl

Legends says that bees ice cream
Cause a relationship to end
When a guy eat all the ice cream
And didn't leave none for his girlfriend

And when she gone in the fridge
He run and hiding like a mouse
When she see he eats all the ice cream
She kicks him out of the house

Old, young, or small
