Icy Gemini from Mercury

Icy Gemini from Mercury

In this long distant life of theirs,

The Universe and all creation has been lost,

An ache so deep for their loved ones

As their shattered dreams passes by the hour,

All they have is time, but it’s hanging by the cost.

She was a Gemini influenced by Mercury.

Her specie has died along with her planet,

Gravitationally locked by the sun,

Yet all existence of atmosphere

Has been stolen from them.

She along the way came to find him, a Pisces,

Who was influenced by Neptune.

Roman god of the Sea,

With nothing to defeat.

As their Planets were in war with one another,

Gemini and Pisces collided

In the icy clouds and large storms

Of Neptune, yet the she started melting,

He took her hand in all frozen forms.

In that glimpse she had shown him the courage of the stars

And how the light carries on endlessly,

Even after death

In her shortness of breath right before she left.

She added…

“I will give you everything I have.”

Because his love for her

Transcended time,

So selfless and compassionate.

He replied…

“We are infinite as the Universe is on our side…”

Because her loves for him

Was magnified to one another,

Committed and fearless to their worlds.

Through the fire and ice,

That golden string that kept them alive,

The desire of what the future may hold

Somewhere along the line,

They have loved before,

They are infinite to bend and fix time.

“My Icy Gemini from Mercury,

I promise I will keep you safe.”
