I'm autumn

I'm autumn

Brownish green in a sunshine,
(Please never call it khaki),
Ripe apples' red at dawn,
Last dying green of forest...
I'm autumn.

Greyness of rains in November,
Sadness of blue sky crying,
Patience of calming yellow,
All these are my true colors.
I'm autumn.

Fresh smell of pears in a basket,
Shy smile of a boy with a forelock,
Long walk around the city,
Dance of the leaves in the air.
I'm autumn.

Now is a time to harvest
All we did sow in spring time.
Bittersweet fruits and berries,
Crops, veggies, cramps and tears.
I'm autumn.
