Emotions govern us, How do I feel on others pain and problems, How do we respond to those emotions and feelings, This is where I am, I am not a Poet, bu a human, that is most important to this world, World has given birth to many poets and Poetess, but not a real human like Lord Jesus, (Praise The Lord, Show me light, Give me Love )
Take a yawning breath and be glad that you noticed. This is the beginning of changing this pattern! Consider how a loving, gentle, well-resourced version of you might speak to your beloveds, friends, co-poet or poetess and speak to yourself that way. Be encouraging, patient and kind. If you’re not used to this, it may feel strange and take some practice. Be gentle with yourself and know that this – the inner work – is important work to do, too
