Jacob, The Liar

Jacob, The Liar

Was it really on the radio? He said that is, where he heard it

It was war time, and the villages were naked, robbed from all their riches

Saddened by the times, the depression set in, so many took their own lives

But, one man, stood tall, he believed the war would soon end, and the stories

He told, grew bigger, and bigger, the people had something to live for

Without food, with out clothing, without furniture, living in groups, with strangers

By and by, the children and women, were transported by train, to another place

But Jacob, took his own life, he lied for the cause of the people, and until the very end

He was known as a great protector, and crusader, maybe even a hero, the war would soon be over

He said, he heard it on the radio

In Memory of Robin Williams
