JUMP

JUMP

You tell me to jump
I ask; How high?
Never thinking to question
Or even ask; Why?
You're all that matters
My job is pleasing you
But I'm never good enough
And you dump me when you're through
So I take my sorry self
And slowly crawl away
Once again, I'm made to feel worthless
Like I deserve to pay
This really happens to women
Who don't know who they are
They lose their sense of self
They're moral compass, guiding star
Develop some self respect, my friend
Stand up for your rights
The next time a man tells you to jump~
Punch out his freaking lights
