Keep going

A heart can be damaged but yet it still beats 
A messy house is ok it doesn’t have to stay nice and neat 
It has to rain for a flower to grow
Appreciate the highs experiencing the low

For the sun to set,  we lose the moon
Both beautiful, gone is may hello June
We have sorrow but gain memories of loved ones lost
We have sunny afternoons then mornings ice cold with frost
To see a rainbow we have to deal with a storm
To pick a rose we have to dodge a thorn 

A man will lose a daughter to another man 
Both happy and sad, it’s all part of the plan
Keep on going take it with ease 
The good with the bad, smile and breathe
