Land Ahoy
Lyrics writ on salty tears
Thunderous on shell-shocked ears
Seagulls adrift on windswept tides
Befuddled seamen ode abides
Sequestered by virtuoso pursuit
Chasing dreams along commute
Sunken ships fathoms deep
Blessed tis fairwinds sweep
Rum a marinerβs muse
Lulling a lengthy cruise
Man overboard revery sung
Teetering on a starboard rung
Crowβs-nest spotter βland ahoyβ
Heartwarming euphoric joy
Hasten home to landlubber true
For by chance she bids adieu
