LITTLE JIMMY NICHOLL

This is a tale about little Jimmy Nicholl
Out walking one day he got himself into a pickle
As a shortcut he decided to climb a garden fence
He was only six and so lacked common sense

Disaster occurred for Jimmy and he duly got stuck
What sad misfortune and such rotten bad luck
Passers by saw Jimmy's plight and called the fire brigade
Hoping they would put an end to this awful charade

They pushed and pulled and got little Jimmy down
It wasn't long before the news spread all over town
Jimmy's parents finally got to hear of this news
A shortcut for Jimmy he would no longer choose
