LONELINESS

I wake up each day feeling such loneliness

That goes through me to the bone

With an aching heart, seeing so many losses

And each day I wake up more of my dreams are gone

I wake up each day feeling such loneliness

And as these tears slowly roll down my face

I hold myself tight crying, I pray silently to God

Feeling lost and alone because of what these doctors take

Lord, where do I turn now to fill this empty void?

I'm trapped in a world where I don't belong

This immovable pain assaults me each second

All I pray for is help when I wake with each dawn

Lord, today I awoke to feel such a loss

And as my tears embedded themselves in my heart

How can I fight this medical madness I'm caught up in

Before it tears my young soul apart

I stare out the window silently watching people

Wanting to scream, I am here! I am alive!

Fighting each day to get out of my prison of isolation

Who will be there to protect me, before I give up and die?

My tears stop falling; the pain slowly subsides

And as I turn once again to my writing

Lord, you help me purge my soul of all these emotions

All I ask now for is the strength to keep fighting…

August 12, 2000  Angels, the worst thing in life is when we fight alone.  Pain is something we have to deal with daily, and other people prolong that pain by turning away, labelling, and using you experimentally to suit their own gains....or explain the chaos they create....  Never give up....God is always by your side, even when you are at your lowest and all you see is the darkness.....there is hope....

keep fighting and you will find a way out....as I am.  You will find justice and understanding.....
