lonely heart

lonely heart

Afraid of his own shadow
Refuses to let go
Of the past
His feet planted firmly on broken glass.
Bleeding heart in a jar
Tell me your story
Why are you gathering dust on the top shelf?
Why have you given up on yourself?

What a sad but beautifully eloquent piece of Art, Sarah. Well written!
