Mental Abuse

His emotions all retreat
back into the safest seat
    unwilling to speak
 Until all demands meet
breaking thru this mental
              Defeat
  from a hurtful truth
  He couldn't believe
Had blown thru the roof
   And fell at his feet
      Mental Abuse
  is how he was beat
