Mind Games

Like a ferris wheel,going round and round
 Like a whispering voice,hardly makes a sound
Like the pumping of a heart,embedded deep inside
 Like a heartfelt reaction,nearly makes you cry

Like a blade of grass,in a green lush field
 Like a bumper harvest,a super yield
Whats the best way,that only you can feel
 It's the truest love,then it becomes real

Mind games,mind games
 Going on and on
Just a few little words,is there something wrong 
 I try to be a poet,but no one seems to care
You gotta take your hat off,to the men who dare 

Crazy little gestures,but they make no sense
 Keep yourself to yourself,sitting on the fence
Let the world just pass you by,like a gentle breeze
 Drift away forever,like the Autumn leaves
