Being Me

Now that is the question!Ā  The big danger with depression is that it can feel comfortable in some obsurd way. We don't want it and yet we hang on to it ... until we realise what we are doing. The thing isĀ  it is not an easy thing to recognise and this,Ā  in my totally unprofessional opinion,Ā  is the reason depression swallows us up. We kind of let it because of the perverse comfort it offers us. We implode. We cannot see black or white, only grey. Depression is insidious and debilitating and it is really really difficult to get ourselves out of its deadly grip x
