Mother

Mother

In my heart I find an emptiness,
My soul belongs to no one...
I always avoid my thoughts...
My mother... is not here...

And tears flow down my cheeks,
Wanting to touch her holy face again,
And my arms await her at dusk,
Fingers clenched, sighing.

"- I know, mother, that you will never come
But I continue to dream of you at night,
And hope to see you again someday
In songs and thousands of whispers.

And even if you are far away from me,
You will hear me anytime...
Among the forever calm waters,
Crying, murmuring..."

What is the point of my life when you are not here?
When the only angel has left me.
I wait for you in the depths, mother, to lift me up,
And the eternal rotten paradise.
