Nights Storm of the Enemy

My feet give way, hurt inside, the tears I can not keep
Letting go of my soul, in the nights storm of the enemy
My wings have been broken, I must weep, in the sea darkness deep
I will dive into the swallow, of the time of winters past, the birds of black
Circle overhead, screeching out my sins, I can not swim, so I shall drown
In the depths of a buried treasure, the pirates ship of men of no teeth
Just spirits, draping at my feet, wanting me to be their beast, for I have fallen
As the storm has blown in from the east to the west, I feel my breasts, and protect them
From this gloom, from these doubts, I shall not be forgiven, as I am damned
In the nights claws of demons, I shall not fly once more, I shall only take my past
And my future will not be told, for the enemy inside my soul has taken over
In the heavy rains, against these boulder rocks, I quiver, as I ask for your forgiveness
Let it not be too late, for me to beat this taunting storm, which the devil has blown in on
