No One Else But You, I Promise

Since the day I met you I knew you were special,
It's hard to explain a feeling like this, because it's something I've never felt before
I finally, after all my pain, know what it's like to be loved the right way 
I finally, after all my pain, know what it's like to be talked to, the right way
I finally, after all my pain, know what it's like to be treated the right way
You raise your arms and it's only to ever hug me, 
you observe and you don't judge when you see me instantly coward down
It's taking me some time but I'm getting better!
Because my smile appears almost instantly whenever you start to see me begin to frown
You don't care what it takes to make me smile
It feels so good to be safe and sound, it's never happened before,
not once, not even for a little while, I'm finally becoming someone and not just a puddle of tearful piles 
For once in my life I feel complete, you truly were made for me and I was made for you,
we always got each other no matter what we've been through or whatever we still got to go through
You are my man, my baby, my real one and only
And now because of you, I no longer feel alone, or lonely
Everything I've been telling you and writing on this paper is true
This isn't some random words just thrown together, this isn't some Oscar Meyer bologna
This is a long letter, a love poem if you shall,
how much stronger we are together than when we were ever apart
I promise to spend the rest of my life loving you with every ounce of my heart
I promise to spend the rest of my life catering to you
I promise to spend the rest of my life protecting you
I promise to spend the rest of my life guiding you
I promise to spend the rest of my life cherishing you
I promise to spend the rest of my life appreciating you
Because I mean it, my love, I'm not me without you
My moods change like the 4 seasons, all different types of weather
But here we are, stronger than ever because we reunited
We complete each other, it's not a secret, we are forever united
You saved me, by allowing me to save you,
I don't think you understand just how much of an impact you've made on my life,
and yes, I'm seriously talking about you
I am who I am and I owe it all to you,
You hype me up even when I don't know what I'm doing, or what I'm even trying to do!
That's why I honestly fell in love with you
You listen to me and you don't judge.. me
I listen to you and there are never any judgements from me, 
because we understand each other completely
Because we accept each other wholeheartedly, because we trust each other undoubtedly, 
Because we give each other the love we need, unconditionally
You are more than just my husband, and I am truly, more than just your wife
For we came together when we needed someone the most,
we fell in love and that's cupid's fault, but this time he knew what he was doing!
I've grown, I've matured, I've made mistakes and yes, I certainly did learn
There's never going to be another person in the world for me,
no one else in the world can love me the way you do,
I would rather die alone than to be touched by someone who wasn't or isn't you
I'm head over heels and beyond dangerously in love with you
You saved me from myself, again, this is all true
because you were always there when I needed someone, anyone the most!
Which is why even after death, I'll still love you as a ghost!
