Poem -

One Moonlit Night

A moonlight shine upon

The open water

With the glare of brightness

Reflecting from the moon

Bouncing off this water front

Feeling soft and dry

Sand between my fingers and toes

Next to me was my

Love of beauty

Holding her hand under

This moonlit sky

Glaring up

Counting the stars that

Shine upon the sky

Looking down and into

Her beautiful blue eyes

I see the true her

As we sit on this

Cool lonely night

Wondering

If this night had been

The night we waited for

Combining our fingers together

A grasp grip

Now may it be the time

When we both figure —

Out this will be our first –

Kiss

Time can tell

As our first kiss

Will tell

If this will last

Forever
