One Thousand Tears

Stories Untold

One Thousand Tears

She walked the path of one thousand tears,
And with shattered dreams she still conquered her fears.
Born in a world full of torment and pain,
She is destined to rise, and break that chain.

Abused and broken, she was trauma's prey,
She bore that weight day after day,
But her spirit....it was resilient, it refused to sever,
A testament to her strength, forever and ever.Β

With true love she did embrace,
She found refuge in kindness, a saving grace.
A flicker of warmth in a world so cold,
A glimmer of light where darkness once had hold.

Her battered heart began to heal,
From a life that didn't seem so real.
For she had tasted the bitter despair,
And vowed to be the voice for others to show them that she did care.

Empowered by scars that adorned her soul,
She grew stronger and stronger until her spirit became whole.
She became an advocate, she was fierce and bold,
For others journeying through stories untold.

She spoke for the silenced, the broken, and the weak,
Their stories shared, their pain, she would seek.
Her voice was loud and clear, her tongue she did not bite,
Her words put into action, so she could set things right.

With empathy as her armor, she waged her fight,
Guiding wounded hearts towards the light.
For every survivor she touched, she showed them she cared,
She planted seeds of healing, no longer scared.

She taught them to rebuild, and how to recover,
To reclaim their worth,Β  and self discover.
Even though the past had left its scar,
It was not their defined truth, nor who they are.

In the darkest corners, hope could be found,
A sanctuary to heal the profound.
A testament to her triumph.... her strife,
She is a survivor, and an advocate.... a beacon of life.

So let her story be known, and told to many,
Tell your friends, strangers, and even tell your enemy.
A woman who rose, she defied the night,
To guide so many more towards a future shining bright.
