Outcast rule

Outcast rule

In a distant land that chills the bones
Is a yet troubled place, of history & scars,Β
The people tired & drained, from the ruler
The only warmth that shines, are the stars,Β
A one sided country, ruled by a big boss
Gazing at himself in a reflection of war,Β
A history that controlled & hurt its peopleΒ
Where once the dead see no peace or what its for,Β
A government that does not work for its peopleΒ
A system that dissolves unity & hurt,Β
Another war, another soldier stands fast
While dying for others, you fall onto the dirt,Β
A indirect threat to all your peopleΒ
Take one give no faith, but hide the pain,Β
Generations dreamt of future & balanceΒ
The people are promised, yet no change again,Β
Tears still falling, bombs fall on the innocentΒ
While government sit barking orders, well from afar,Β
A dream for all, cold & empty paths
Lost in the shadows, I search, lost wherever they are.Β
