PEGASUS

Stallion of the heavens
Emits a moonlight lustre
Atop silver-lined clouds
Master of the muster
Descendant of Medusa
Immortal winged horse
Falls upon holy light
To navigate his course
Serving his mounted hero
Pegasus stands defiant
With thy victor...Bellerophon
They slay the Chimera giant
Triumphant they soar
Off into the night
Praise to their partnership
Of honour...justice and might!

Dear Carey Milton,
An mythical and legendary poem, Excellent Image. Congrats, My applause, My nomination
Between the lines: In Greek mythology, PEGASUS is a perpetual winged horse that sprang from the blood of the slain Medusa, which was disciplined by Bellerophon with the help of a bridle given him by Athena; as the flying horse of the Muses and it is a symbol of high-flying imagination or visualization. The theme of the poem is excellent. Pegasus was a winged horse and good flyer. The Pegasus was the result of the ill fated mating of Medusa and Poseidon. It was born from Medusa when her head was cut off by Peruses.
My love, My applause again for sharing this poem
