Pinky and Perky

Pinky and Perky

Pinky and Perky were a pair of pink pigs
One played the fiddle as the other danced the jigs
Both were very fine musicians at the farmyard shindigs
All the other animals treated them as a couple of bigwigs

They lived in the meadows with the cows and the sheep
and all through the week they never made a peep
But when the weekend came around they were dancing in a heap
Why even the Farmer and his wife didn’t get any sleep

They all jigged in the mud to the Kayleigh tunes
Prancing and dancing like a load of baffoons
Farmer Fred with his vintage flares and his better half with her loons
With Pinky playing the fiddle and the double bassoons
