Red Roses Betrayed

Betrayed, by the warrior hunter, fallen to the demons tricks, the rose of death lay before me

The hardened memory of my prince, the kiss upon my throat, never bleeds again

I am fading into the past, though my heart begs for his forgiveness, taken by the powers unknown

I am pregnant with the devils child, cursed before me, I am in a cave of witching spells

I have drank the poison of the red rose of denial, as this is my only way out of hell

If I can not be with my true love, I shall not live at all, though I am no longer a vampire

I am now, the slave of the golden eyed hunter, and he is destine to find my prince

When he does, I shall die bewildered, in this heat of flaming shame, it will be my sacrifice

Of the red roses bleeding fleet, and the child will never be, the only way, I could rise again

If only I had the kiss of the first red rose, the first thorn inflicted in my hands, that is my wish

As I drown in the blood of my own mercy, I am haunted by my past, I hear his voice

And know red roses betrayal, will never last, as he will uncover my remains, and take me in his arms once again

The howl of the dripping moon, is nearer hour, by hour, I will see the eyes of the wolf come toward me

Four legged creature, as he carries me away to my death bed, he brings me one thousand red roses to lie near me
