Reverie

Slanted light jn golden days
Glimmers on the ground
Making a tapestry all around.
Tall pines trees sigh in the wind
The forest so fragrant and green
Rocks and water sing a song
As the river winds around
Temples of existence  fine
The windswept sky dark blue
No need for palaces extra grand
No need for monuments built by man.
When angelic work adds up sky high
 In the eyes of man
Praise is the golden song that
Unites the heart
Faith is the armor that we wear
To frolic in the promised Land
As children of the sun
