The River's Edge

Once upon a time

a time so far ago.

I met you at the rivers edge,

where we watched the water flow.

From that point on

it was clear

that this was meant to be.

We became the very best of friends

anyone could see.

Laughter, giggles, two and two.

We've done everything together.

And no matter where we go in life

We'll be friends forever.
