Say No

Instead of saying I’m fine
Say im not you know but I’m gonna be
Instead of saying yes to keep the piece 
So no, and just you see 
Nothing much will change other than you
You are not here to please, to yourself stay true
Don’t you feel the need to do that over time
If your tired, you sleep, and tomorrow you will shine
Don’t over push yourself for little appreciation 
Say No for yourself no need for explanation 
Don’t carry burdens that are not yours to hold
Again say true to yourself, it doesn’t make you cold
If you put yourself first you are looking after your own
Mind, spirit, heart and soul
Don’t be afraid to stand up, for only you can fight your corner 
Is it really worth it  for them to become your mourner
