Searching for the one
Through the valleys of broken hearts and bitter tearsΒ
Still wanting, waiting for my true love to come nearΒ
My thoughts engaged in ever mounting questionsΒ
I know not the answers for why love has forsaken me soΒ
Did Cupid miss the target or not sharpen up his arrows ?Β
Looking forward to the future for a romance that will lastΒ
Longing to be with my one so this pain will endΒ
I know in my heart Β she has passed me byΒ
Only to be alone for the rest of my natural born lifeΒ
