Seawaters

Seawaters

'Neath a coral moon
Cradled in ebon cocoon
Cadence tis Borealis light
Shadows frolic midnight

Fog ponders amber ground
Autumn’s reign was crowned
Β Swirling in briny mist
Along the shores, foam kissed

Waves beat stoic rock
Eroded byΒ aqueous shock
Upon cliff a phantom croon
Bemoaning accursed moon

Times afore a love was true
Aurora dawn broke anew
Bittersweet a heart of gold
Perished in seas most cold
