• Surrender your love
• to your beloved,
• Instead of running from fear,
•  Instead of pushing it away
• or shoving it down, down, down;
• simply embrace, and become intimate.
• Know him inside and outside.
• Each and every day,
• sit – if even for a minute.
•  Practice letting go of the hundreds,
•  Maybe even thousands of fears,
•  We have individually and collectively.
• Fear of not being good enough,
• Fear of not having love,
• Fear of not being loved,
• Not doing enough,
• Being less than,
• Fear of success and failure,
•  Fear of losing it all.....

• Love is going to twist you hard
• All the boys are going to try to catch
• the secret something you got
• It is not  about the if or when
• it is all about do not give in
• because once they get what they do want
• they will dump and leave your
• love to rot..
• so be smart girl and just keep smiling
• and always stay a hands reach away
• from flying
• Play it cool do not be the fool
• and do not give the boys what the want
• make them by the cow you see.
