Dance shadow dance upon the mirror of the silver river
Sing shadow sing a goodnight lullaby of devotion
Drift shadow drift into our minds as we dream
Shine on our thoughts of temptation and fear
Let the the owls play with the voices of the bull frogs and the crickets in a soothing orchestra
The man in the moon with a spoon plays his fiddle through the woods it can be heard by the bedding deer
Tree branches reach out upon your. skylight like arms they carress
The muskrat swims across to the bank after catching his late snack bass
The moon beams breathe with the mist of air 
Covering cold waters it blankets upon the shadows of darkness and comforts
