Silent Whispers
Muffled Desires
In her eyes, there's longing, but no flame,
Silent whispers drenched in hidden pain.
Her thoughts locked away, kept out of sight,
Expressions curbed, suppressed in the night.
Words suffocated, choked within,
Her spirit caged by his iron sin.
Muffled desires she's forced to disguise,
Her voice strangled by his angry cries.
