Snowflake

Snowflake

You are my snowflake, unique and beautiful, as you slowly melt in my hand.

And you are the air in my lungs, that bring the taste of salt from the sea.

You haunt my dreams of sunbeams cascading through the crack in my wall.

And you disappear like soft falling rain, in the vastย eternalย abyssย of my mind.ย

You are the whisper of the frightened treeย desperately clinging to it's leaves.

And you are the silhouetted figure glidingย across the frozen sands of time.

We'll always be togetherย you and I, for you're the sky reflecting into my ocean.

And if Iย dieย before our paths trulyย cross, I know our ghosts willย meet instead.
