Society Needs Sobriety

If only beauty were simple. Not having to refill your self esteem with others' reassurance. They say its for attention. They say you're not worth it. Don't listen, honey. You're beautiful, perfect. Your body is not a reflection of who you are. You don't need to do any of this. Why are you doing this to yourself? You're too beautiful. Put down that razor blade. Your porcelain skin does not deserve self harm. Are you listening?
Are you?
I've only known you for five minutes, but I already know who you are. You are a young teenage girl, stick in a modern, messed up world. This generation, I swear. If only you knew who you are to everyone else. They all adore you.
Are you listening?
Can you tell me what I just said?
I love you.
I do.
I'm sorry for weighing all of my problems on you, like you were some sort of scale. You didn't deserve it. You don't deserve it.
Look in the mirror at that beautiful face; that beautiful body. Take your blankets off of your mirror, the towels off your see through shower. Look at yourself.
You don't need to do this.
Imagine what the world would be like without you. Imagine what people would do to themselves if they lost the most precious, dainty, weightless, stunning human being. Because believe me, you are all of those things. Don't let other people get the best of you.
"Never underestimate your worth."
