Poem -

Some things I have to say

I walked by that spot today,

Passed you along my way,

We haven't talked in forever its true,

Your face still tells the story of silence,

Pressed lips,

hands on hips,

eyes full of sadness,

I heard you've been thinking of suicide,

the thoughts often cross my mind too,

I feel your pain shoot across the room,

My heart aches,

I can sense you feel doomed,

that's why I stopped today,

and said to you,

I admire your courage,

the world may be full of gloom,

people like you can see this is without a clue,

Its your job now to guide the way in the night,

teach others that they can fight,

the day of tomorrow is in sight,

so please hang on,

even my life would change,

if I couldn't walk by and have a word with you
