Poem -

Sometimes

sometimes I think about the time

when you said you would still would love me

dreams and hopes go out the door but time on times he heard my prayer,

love until your heart hurts dear love until it bleeds,

take me to the stary Sky and every time I beg you please,

hold me in your arms again,

your icey soul it melts my fire,

your love turns me to stone

under a blue moon I fall for you and this I've never felt before,

love until your heart hurts dear, love until it bleeds,

take me to the stary Sky and every time I beg you please,

hold me in your arms again,

I've tested fate a million times,

so I plan to do it a million more,

I'll send you kisses from the heavens,

and hold you in my arms again,

I'll love until my heart hurts dear,

ill love until it bleeds,

ill take you to the stary Sky

and every time you beg me please,

I'll hold you in my arms again.

enjoyed, was drawn to the hopeless romantic tone, was looking for the "Christ, Religion, Rock" found the 'principled' devotion and sacrificial nature of agape 'love'....I like when a poem gives room or even incites individual interpretation; within a perceivable structure, as this one seems to....lots of poetry to read here and the pull quoted lines are intriguing, as well....really good write, cheers poet
