Sonnet11 Seventeen Phone Calls Couldn’t Be Heard

Arriving at Guiyang Airport what I did first 
Was going around, I wanted to find you there  
Looking round, with my bags I went out the exit 
After a while I gave up and found a seat 

I did not know how long the time passed away 
Suddenly, it said a plane from Chengdu 
I stood up quickly rushing to the exit 
People went out one by one and I waited 

At last one familiar out but not you 
Yiren, although we met for the first time 
As old friends, he’s a speaker, I’m a listener 
With the noise in the hall we forgot the time 

Seventeen phone calls couldn’t be heard in my bags 
But I didn’t image I’d get your seventeen calls
