Poem -

soul

My  body lays alone
whereas my soul drifts away
into the open window aside my bed
drifting into the world of lost souls
escaping the wrath in which is inevitable
I yearn for your touch
although it never reaches
again my body lays alone
as my soul drifts into the wind
