Teach the Child

Teach the Child

A child is innocent and sweet, it is without criticism, that we must teach

To be hostile, they will only learn to lash out and to fight

To ridicule the child will only become shy with fright

If we praise our children they will learn to appreciate and endure

Let us teach our child love, faith, honesty, and to be truthful to each

And everyone, and with trust they will become secure
