TEARS DANCING IN THE RAIN

Did you ever cry just to cry
For everything you thought was sad
Every wrong, sorrow,  every pain 
Every wrong in the world gone bad
Where the tears kept tearing
And the pain wouldn't go
So you cry and keep crying
Even though you know
Tears won't bring back a loved one 
Tears won't soothe another's pain
But sometimes that's all you have
Tears dancing in the rain
I pray with my tears
And I cry once more
Tears stain my face
And I cry as before 
But there's power in tears
When released and caught in a prayer
You're just feeling a bit powerless
But you know your God is there
He heard the cry
He caught the tears
He is powerful in your weakness
Your cry came before His ears
So cry just to cry
For everything you thought was sad
He'll turn tears of sorrow into joy
And make your heart glad
