The Angel who died

I find it hard to live in a world so putridÂ
without covering my noseÂ
No flowers for comfort in a city this polluted
I would kill to smell a roseÂ
It wasn’t until I caught a taste of your scent
A smell so seraphic and undoubtedly heaven-sent Â
Had an Angel finally made their advent?
What I for so long have dreamt?
I need not eyes to find youÂ
For they could not grasp this beauty
This scent I simply must pursue
I feel it to be my dutyÂ
Amidst the heaps of malodorous waste
a lone girl bloomsÂ
Emanating a fragrance of such bewitching powerÂ
Transcending the loveliest of perfumesÂ
You exquisite flower
To guard myself from the stench of society
I’ll fill my senses with her sweet aromaÂ
If you won’t share it with me, lovely diety,
I’ll steal it from ya’
For I simply cannot go on livingÂ
without this blessing
Young flower, do try to be forgivingÂ
I’ve no choice but to claim a life so refreshing
I want to carry it with me anywhere
The chamomile smell of her hairÂ
The strawberry scent of a skin so fair
The fresh fragrance of a flower in its youth
Denying society’s rotten truthÂ
So I’ll wear her skin like a protective hideÂ
And suddenly the world feels so mildÂ
Every breath, I now take with prideÂ
Thanks to the Angel who diedÂ

You blew it out of the water SG, wow!! What a write, after I read it through once, I was going to go back and quote, but I couldn't pick my most favourite part. I did want to add how impressive your structure came across, especially in this Stanza.
Man oh man people have lifted up their poetic game at the moment, but this one was absolutely stunning.Â
Thank you so much! <3
