My Internal Ocean

I don't know you

you're pushing me away

my hand reaches out to you

and I guess I'm just too late

because around us is is an ocean easy to lose

and I just can't reach you I guess I lose you

my fingers barely grasp on to yours and then your gone 

the ocean is empty

now I have lost

my only friend

I was a bad friend I didn't see your pain

NOW YOUR GONE!

like 6th grade when you hung your head in shame

Then you pushed me away 

then was the same

in an ocean, is it FATE!

because the same thing keeps happening again and again everyday 

I want you to talk to me

confide in me 

But! We're in an ocean

please don't push me away this time

My fingers reaching out 

just let me grasp yours

please!

don't leave me in this
