"I used to shun,
the light of day,
no joy therein the Sun.
I was a frightened coward,
and drank from what I'd done,
but now I'm on the other side,
of those dismal days,
and my strength,
resides in God,
and everything I pray.

I'm here in these pages,
to tell you God can make A Way,
and it is joyous,
and that you can find peace,
in all you do and say.

Will you come with me,
on The Path that Leads to Him,
or will your steps,
be tread on impulses,
on your every thought and whim?

It is easier this way, I tell you!
He isn't make believe,
that's just the Devil talking,
He loves to just decieve!

So come with me,
to a place, where all of our good dreams come true.
Because I'm on the side,
with the greenest grass,
and it's such an awfully pretty view."
