The Pond

Looking into the reflection of a pond,
I see my trangressions and hopes,
Dreams and realizations,
Rippling water,
It marches ahead never to look back on past,
The decisions we make we can never retract,
 Going on with the hurt and the pain we endured through our life,
The pond is starting to get filled and grow with strife,
 It's getting to crowded with all these fish,
My life,
Getting complicated like this,
My positive attitude towards this pond ,
I know this life has is nothing but strong, 
This pond has been through hurricanes,tornados, floods,
My mission is to keep the pond flowing with life no frowns,
To keep the fish healthy growing with happiness,
Protection I provide,
Making it hard for enemies to get to my head,
My love for my pond will not go undefined
