THE SKY IS CRYING

I wish the sky would stop her crying

I wish she would refrain

I'd like to see sunshine again

But all I see are her tears of rain

The sky is in her bluesy mood

Since the moon has gone away

And she's been crying every since

Since her heart was led astray

Her mood's grown dark and angry

Black clouds move across the sky

I've got this really bad feeling

The sparks are going to fly

It won't be the stars I see tonight

But sparks of anger in her eyes

She's setting off her  fireworks

And only the moon knows why
